Terms of Service

Last updated: August 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Streamlnd (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Streamlnd ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Your license & acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business operations in accordance with your subscription plan. You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (b) access or attempt to access another user's data without authorization; (c) use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure; or (e) resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

4. Your data & content

You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your data solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data and for ensuring you have the rights to process any personal data you upload.

5. Subscriptions, fees & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our fees with reasonable advance notice; price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of access after notice.

6. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including network outages, third-party providers, or force majeure events.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, trade names, or logos. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

8. Confidentiality & security

Each party will protect the confidentiality of non-public information disclosed by the other. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, as further described in our Privacy Policy and security documentation.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Term & termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we will retain your data for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy before deletion.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Streamlnd is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally first; unresolved disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us through our Contact page or at the address listed there. We will respond to legal inquiries within a reasonable time.
